Brilliant rugged laser with a protective pouch and magnetic base. Very easy to use and relatively bright, fantastic for indoor use or outdoors if cloudy. Auto levelling works perfectly and the laser periodically flashes if it's not able to auto level, this isn't the clearest signal but a pretty minor issue. The casing feels really solid and looks at home on a building site. Laser locks in place when switched off. Magnets are very strong. Accuracy-wise, I tested the vertical against a plumb line and the horizontal against a 3m level and it's absolutely spot on. I also tested across around a 6m span by moving the laser from one end to the other and marking up, again spot on. The span is very impressive too, the line stretches right across a wide wall from a relatively short distance away.

My wife bitched at me about the pictures on the wall all out of whack.The laser level saves my marriage! I don't know how I hung pictures on the wall prior to having a laser level. The laser itself is so bright, that even if it's daylight out, you'll easily be able to see it on your wall to mark where you want to hang things.

My husband says this is the best ever level he's had. I'm glad I gifted it to him. I've been looking for a useful tool that my husband would appreciate, and this is it.We are getting ready to build an extra bathroom, and this level will be super useful with the framing, walls etc. My husband's actually looking forward to beginning construction on this project because of this "super awesome" level (his words). He says this is an excellent value.
